Your Atmos Project Manager will organize builder interviews and tours of their existing projects that match your home style, so you make the right choice.
Select your builder, close on your construction loan and start building
After choosing your builder, Atmos will help you finalize your construction permits then have extensive project debriefs with your builder to ensure a smooth transition.

During the construction phase, Atmos provides build support based on the pre-construction services we have completed on your behalf.
